SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Please note: we ship all our items using Royal Mail. Royal Mail is experiencing service delays due to increased mail volumes and reduced staff numbers due to the pandemic. Please visit Royal Mail for more information. These will affect both the UK and International orders.

All orders placed with Ilkley Mobiles before 2 pm on Monday to Friday will be posted to you the same working day. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day (excluding bank and public holidays). Working days are Monday to Friday.

UK Orders

Although Royal Mail 1st Class delivery can take between 1 to 3 working days from the dispatch date, it's been our experience that the majority of packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period.

Any orders with a value over £20.00 will automatically be sent via a Royal Mail Recorded service, a signature will be required.

International Orders

For all orders placed in Europe, delivery times will usually be between 2 to 7 working days (depending on destination country.

For all international orders placed outside of Europe, delivery times will usually be between 5 to 10 working days (depending on the destination country.

The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only. Ilkley Mobiles is not responsible if this varies.

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, apart from those delivered using the Royal Mail Standard 2nd/1st Class service (UK). However, where the value of your total order exceeds £20.00, we will send the goods via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service free of charge, unless the 1st Class or Special Delivery option has been selected.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.

When you sign for a delivery, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

If goods are returned to Ilkley Mobiles because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.

For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery date before we are able to consider action such as a replacement or refund.
